Renamed for the 2019 season, the Chelan 120 HB, 140 HB and 155 HB XL (previously the Chelan One HB, Chelan Two HB and Chelan HB Tandem XL) keeps the same superior hull speed, tracking capabilities and design elements that make these boats best in their class. The Chelan HB's are one of the best-selling touring designs on the market today. With a long waterline, flat rocker and fine piercing bow, these kayak's will provide you with great tracking ability and outstanding glide to cover long distances on your adventures with ease. All Chelan HB boats combine Aquaglide's ultra-tough Duratex tube construction with the supremely rigid hard-bottom floor. This combination of materials in the Chelan's construction creates a stiff and responsive inflatable that performs just as well as a traditional hard-shell kayak. The innovative Splash-Guards positioned fore and aft of the cockpit help keep paddlers dry, and the ample accessory straps grace the bow and stern providing easy stowage for dry bags or other gear. Sturdy molded handles are positioned around the boat for convenient boarding and transport. For added comfort, the PRO-formance seats provide an array of thoughtful features including adjustable air cushion, high backrest, plentiful mesh storage pockets, integrated fishing-rod holders, and fore and aft seat straps so that you can enjoy your time on the water to its fullest. High-performance fin system includes stiff, durable, Posi-track fin with Philips head screw and plate. Comes with a convenient backpack travel bag. 

Chelan boats provide top-notch durability and performance for any adventure. Commercial-grade Duratex hull construction provides long-lasting performance no matter how far your travels take you. The boats inflatable tubes are 1000-denier, 850gsm Duratex reinforced PVC with the hull manufactured from 500-denier, and 600g Duratex reinforced PVC. The high-pressure HB floor is made with reinforced 8cm Drop-Stitch construction that creates a solid Hard-Bottom platform that feels every bit as stiff and responsive as a hard-shell kayak. Innovative splash-guards positioned fore and aft of the cockpit help keep paddlers dry. Ample adjustable elastic accessory straps grace the bow and stern providing easy stowage for dry bags or other gear. Sturdy molded handles are positioned around the boat for convenient boarding and transport. 

The Chelan HB kayaks have a comfortable PRO-formance seats provide an array of thoughtful features including adjustable air cushion, high backrest, plentiful mesh storage pockets, integrated fishing-rod holders, fore and aft seat straps and an infinite adjustment system for the perfect fit. Adjustable foot rest improves comfort and paddling efficiency. The kayaks use high pressure spring valve using Halkey-Roberts type fitting for tubes and floor for easy inflation/deflation and comes with a cockpit drain that allows easy drainage of water from the boat. The Chelan HB Kayak has heavy duty D-rings for accessory tie-down and seating support. The Chelan 140 HB measures (L x W) 14' x 36" (426cm x 91cm), is a one to two-person design with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs. (181 kg) and weighs 29 lbs. (13.2 kg). The Chelan 155 HB measures (L x W) 15' 5" x 36" (472cm x 91cm), is a one to three-person design with a maximum weight capacity of 600 lbs. (272 kg) and weighs 35 lbs. (19.9 kg). The kayaks are 3-chamber design for added safety with an inflatable floor. All the boats come with a repair kit, quick release fin, owner's manual and convenient travel/storage backpack bag. The 140 HB comes with 2-Pro-formance seats, 2-foot rests and splash-guard insert. The 155 HB comes with 2-Pro-formance seats, 2-foot rests, 1-booster seat and 2-slash guard inserts. This kayak is recommended for flat-water lakes and can handle mild river running up to Class II and mild ocean touring. *Pump, paddle, and PFD not included.
